Yes. NorthStar RV Park is set up specifically for long-term RV stays. We offer a quiet, private, gated community for guests who want a full-hookup site in North Texas.

Are sites full hookup?

Yes. NorthStar offers full-hookup RV sites so guests can connect to the core services needed for longer stays.

Are the sites gated?

Yes. NorthStar RV sites are privately gated, which helps maintain a secure and orderly environment for all guests.

How do I check rates or site availability?

Applications & Approvals

How do I apply for a site?

Start on our Apply page and submit your stay details, contact information, and RV information. Management will review your request and follow up with next steps.

Does every stay require approval?

Yes. All stays are subject to management approval before move-in.

What information may be requested during the process?

Management may request identification, RV and vehicle details, occupancy information, and other basic details needed to evaluate your stay. This can include a background and credit check.

Can a stay be denied or not renewed?

Yes. NorthStar may deny, end, or decline to renew a stay when application standards, payment terms, or park rules are not met.

Hookups & Utilities

Are utilities included in my monthly rate?

All utilities are included in the monthly guest fee except ELECTRICITY, which is independently metered and billed. Rates, billing terms, and any utility-related charges are confirmed during the application and onboarding process so guests know exactly what applies before arrival.

Can management access my site if needed?

Management may need reasonable site access for maintenance, repairs, inspections, emergencies, or property-related concerns.

What should I bring for move-in?

Guests should arrive with an RV in suitable condition and the equipment needed for standard full-hookup setup. A water pressure regulator MUST be used at all times. All sites are “back-in” sites.

Are there park rules I need to follow?

Yes. Guests are expected to keep their site clean, follow parking and noise standards, respect neighbors, use utilities properly, and comply with park rules and management policies throughout their stay.

Can I have visitors or additional occupants?

Guests and occupancy should remain within the limits approved by management at the time of application. Contact management if your stay details change.
